I'M CHANGING IT!!!!! Thanks, that looks lot better stylistically. TNSB@TNS8 lol!
Also, anyone that is possibly interested (and able) to attend this event, I highly encourage you to read through all of the information in the post. Especially the part where clicking Join Tournament does not guarantee a spot.
This Beyblade Burst event is being held at what is essentially a regional fighting game tournament and convention of sorts at a hotel venue. This is why the cost is what it is.
As of right now, there are about 20 bladers already registered on smash.gg, with 12 spots left!
I am a new blader, and all of this is really complicated to me.

Thank you very much DC! I'm very excited for this one.
I know what you mean about the ballroom noise, especially if individuals are not totally used to it.
We would probably be located in the smaller of the two ballrooms so there may be less noise overall.
Please remember to review the registration information and make sure to pay any applicable fees (IF POSSIBLE) before the price goes up on January 4th!

It is NOT Hasbro only, TT IS allowed.
I recommend reading the rule set for the Burst Standard format. If you happen to be confused at the part that mentions HASBRO ONLY, that is just a primer for the format, and does not say that all WBO tournaments are Hasbro only.

Yup, I did read the rules but didn't see anything on your OG post that touched upon if it was Hasbro only format or not. Just wanted to make sure.

Thanks! I updated the original post for clarity.
Please note that a competitor's pass ($45+) for the event is needed to participate. I would not want anyone to show up and be disappointed that they cannot directly compete.

Good question!
There will be a spectator pass needed for you to accompany your son as you need entry into the event but you are not competing. I don't have the number yet, but it should not be as much as a competitor pass. I will add that to the initial event post for clarity.
For the registration information, if you deem him too young I would recommend you put your own name. But as long as I know your entry is tied to the correct WBO account I will know it's your son that is competing.

Thanks for the clarification.
We are soon approaching the halfway point of December, which would mean that we are almost a month away from TNSB@TNS8.
I would like to reiterate that clicking 'Join Tournament' on this event page DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT.
Please do not set yourself up for disappointment if you attend without signing up correctly and find out you cannot participate in the tournament.
You can sign-up on the smash.gg page at https://smash.gg/tournament/tampa-never-sleeps-8. Currently the price for the Competitor Pass is $45 total. The price will increase to $55 after January 4th, 2020. There will be a Spectator Pass that will need to be purchased if you have a companion, parent or guardian that must also attend.
As of right now, there are only 6 spots left at the time of this post.
Any users listed below have clicked 'Join Tournament' but have not confirmed their smash.gg sign-up confirmation.

I have a few pertinent updates:
- The tournament will be starting at 2:00PM! I will be handling check-in and account creation beforehand, so please plan to be an hour early if possible!
- We have a large amount of time for our tournament, but I am clocking in around 3.5 hours for our First Stage. If you happen to make it into Top 8, please be advised that the tournament may end around 8:00PM.
- TOP 8 will be streamed!
- SPECTATOR PASSES!!! The Spectator Passes will be $20 at the door for any parties accompanying their respective bladers.
- THERE IS ONLY ONE SPOT LEFT. We are about to hit cap, but I have been in discussion with the TNS8 Event Organizer and he has told me that there may be a possibility we will open up 8 more spots for a total of 40, but that remains his discretion.
EDIT: As of today, 9AM EST on 12/17/2019, we are capped! If I can open up more slots I will let everyone know in this thread.
