Kicking Things Off For the Holidays: Houston's Back!
2511 Eldridge Road, Sugar Land, Texas 77498
We will be in the grass off of the main path, or possibly at a picnic table, more details will be provided the morning of in the Houston Community thread.. I apologize for not being able to rent a venue for the event.
This is Burst Standard, so no limitations on parts or usage as long as it conforms to the regulations in the Burst Format Rulebook.
Schedule:
10:30 - Check-In Begins
11:00 - (optimally) Tournament Starts
11:30 - Check-In Closes
11:45 - (probably) Tournament Starts
2:00 - Finals Start (estimated)
3:30 - Tournament Ends (estimated)
The event will have a participant cap of 14 people; I apologize for any inconvenience in advance, but having less people will make the tournament go more smoothly for both me and the competitors.
I am under 18; my adult is Richard Cheng.

Note:
The tournament will be in Group Round-Robin Format, bring BURST ONLY. Beyblades from any other system will not be permitted for use in the tournament. There will be one Beystadium Standard available for use in the tournament, and if you would like to hold practice rounds on your own between matches, feel free to bring your own stadium. I will need at least one judge to assist me, please volunteer when you sign up if you are interested. Please be patient with me, as this is my first tournament and I may be slower than you are used to at other tournaments. Extra Beyblades and launchers for loan in the tournament, and I heavily encourage participants to do the same. Passersby may want to join in, and we can expand our community that way! Thank you for your patience, and see you there!
Update: Bring lawn chairs if you would like to have chairs at the event; sorry for not being able to get a proper venue again.

ZephyrDraco I would change the cap to 14. At 11 you cannot run block round robin. You must have 12 participants and trust me, you want block round robin. It will go much faster.

Changed it in the description; is there any way to change it on the registration page?

Alright. Great to hear that you might make it; if you can, would you be interested in judging? Need someone to at the moment.

I think I've got 3 already, do you have experience with Challonge though? Might need some help with that.

Checking in as in volunteering for check-in? Sorry if this seems obvious, just wanted to clarify before marking down.
In case you haven't seen: update, bring lawn chairs if you'd like somewhere to sit during the event. I'll hopefully be able to bring extra, but not totally sure.

I print out the bracket so that I can put check marks on the bracket, but you need to do that latter.

I mean if it is going to rain I mean I'm still down the blade as long as it's in a covered area but it could be a problem for other people getting there. Knowing Texas and how random the weather is it could rain it might not it's kind of a crapshootKudos on the profile picture 😎
