I believe Hasbro will sometimes give Zankye the products early to review. If not, it’s probably because he lives in Canada which almost always gets the new Hasbro products first.

Hasbro didn't send me the package, otherwise, I would've said in the reviews.

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KinkoUsagi - Nov. 28, 2021

I hate that set. Lol. The comparison between TT makes Hasbro's looks so terrible.

Is the wings gimmick really that expensive? Because it seems simplistic and inexpensive to me.

I'm sure he found them in a store.

No? I didn't find them in that store, don't know where you got that info from.

Roktavor starter colors look pretty ugly

I'll probably pick this up for my little brother, but that's it. No other appeal.

Does it have wear?

Yes, both do have teeth wear issues.

That sounds like Hasbro to me.

I believe it's less that those to had the issue resolved, and more so that chips that bear blockier teeth inherently resist the wear better than others.
Longinus, Valkyrie, Spriggan, and Dragon II will likely retain their burst resistance longer despite the wear they may suffer.
As long as Hasbro continues to use this slightly softer plastic (of which they've been doing since Metal Fury/Shogun Steel, so I doubt we'll see any changes any time soon), wear issues will continue to persist for parts with sharper teeth.

Let's face it, Hasbro doesn't care abt competitive, only gimmicks.
From Zankye's vid, you should only buy it for Xtreme', if it works on TT stuff then its great since its so elsuvie. Everything else (except Slash, which is garbo for idk what reason and Zankye never elaborate) is ok at best, like Kirby in SSB.
Also fun fact, I for some reason saw Magma's blades and remembered seeing Galaxy, and my brain put and 2 together and realised Magma's blades are just Galaxy's but upsdie down!

Slash is bad because burst resistance is not good and also it’s attack is very outclassed at this point.

"Zankye never elaborate" "is ok at best"
I did elaborate, I said it got heavily outclassed in GT, what more do you want me to say? It is too light and there were way better options, you saying you think "it's ok" doesn't change the facts at all.

Pro Series' entire point is to be competitive releases as Hasbro advertised. This is like saying to not use something that its supposed to be used for.

Quote: (except Slash, which is garbo for idk what reason and Zankye never elaborate)

Terrible burst resistance and the fact that it existed in the same era as Judgement and Zwei.

The It's Ok at best part was referring to everything that wasn't Xtreme'/slash......

Btw, what's the stance on Poison Layer Base? CrazyAries said its garbo, but BuilderRob says that's an outlier (but had no data).

Pro Series' entire point is to keep selling Beyblades to a slightly older demographic that has $20 to spend. It has nothing to do with being "pro" or "competitive" no matter how many times Hasbro shoves those words into their marketing, and they know it.

One good thing abt Hasbro nowadays? No power creep. (MFB and TT burst both have that somewhat)....
