with airmail the standard is about 2 weeks international. Can take more, can take less. Considering it is getting real close to the holidays I would not be shocked if it took more.

The postage price is not ridiculous, if you understand what they're doing The cost of the item is included in the shipping cost to make it seem more appealing. A lot of sellers on ebay do this. $0.99 looks a lot better than $12.99...
