RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Moss-Da-Boss - Aug. 22, 2010

I was going to say something but I thought I would be badgered for proof so I left it
alone but anyway daegor the first couple rounds were almost mirrored what happened in your vid

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Ozzy - Aug. 22, 2010

Oh, sorry lol. I forgot to mention something. It fails against C145 but it still KO's well with me. Try GB145. That's what I have been doing after C145 and it has been killing better.

For example,I get better results from MF Lightning L Drago CH120HF (14.5") than I do with RF. I also use it sometimes with Flame Bull 125HF,which gives me a pretty good result against some defensive combos.

I will do some more tests and post my results (keeping in mind I also am testing MF-2,maybe I'll combine them into one big test thread).
I personly think that wf is better because it is only a bit slower than rf

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Moss-Da-Boss - Aug. 22, 2010

I did ozzy and the results were almost the same
except a freak knockout in the 4 th round

It's noticably slower. And it doesn't hold the flower pattern.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Ozzy - Aug. 22, 2010

Hmm. I don't know why I'm getting better results. I wish my camera was functional. What condition is your RF?

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Moss-Da-Boss - Aug. 22, 2010

erm its close to mint and I am using sliding shoot

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Ozzy - Aug. 22, 2010

Maybe that is the issue then. Mine is pretty worn as I mentioned before making it a lower combo than the same combo with a mint RF. I'll do some formal testing then post the results.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Dan - Aug. 22, 2010

No kidding, Wolf can't produce KO hits, too light. As Corey and Daegor said.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Ozzy - Aug. 22, 2010

Ok, it's strange to me how you guys are getting such odd results and I'm not but as I stated before, I have results now and they are rather surprising.

MFB Attack Stadium
Wolf 100RF vs. MF Virgo GB145WB (80% power)
1. Wolf by KO
2. Wolf by KO
3. Virgo by KO
4. Virgo by KO
5. Virgo by OS
6. Virgo by OS
7. Wolf by KO
8. Wolf by KO (Upper attack worked and sent Virgo over the stadium wall)
9. Wolf by OS (Strange but true. Constant Upper attack tore Virgo apart)
10. Virgo by KO
11. Virgo by OS
12. Virgo by OS
13. Virgo by KO
14. Virgo by OS
15. Virgo by OS
16. Virgo by OS
17.Wolf by KO
18. Wolf by KO
19. Wolf by KO
20. Wolf by KO

Wolf: 9 wins
Virgo: 11 wins
For the record Dan, I don't think something being light makes it unable to KO other blades. Look at Storm as an example.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Marco - Aug. 22, 2010

Guys, it looks like wolf can potentially be a good destabilizer so Wolf 100SF DO IT!

Anubis once stated that Wolf 100F was a Libra killer seeing as how it destabilized it so well. Maybe we knew about this after all. I will try your combo Marco.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Marco - Aug. 22, 2010

Thank you so much Ozzy, I would try it but I don't have a Wolf sadly.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Ozzy - Aug. 22, 2010

I just got mine back repainted. No problem at all. Everyone's combo deserves to be tested. I'm trying to make Escolpio have some use too.

I just mean it must be just way too light, or something.
Weird.. Not enough umph.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - DRAGON KING - Jun. 28, 2014

I don't think RB has hm been overlooked at all in limited. It's the best defence too out there.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - 6 God - Jun. 28, 2014

Well it was just unbanned so I dont think theres been any testing of how it compares to RSF and CS.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - DRAGON KING - Jun. 28, 2014

I'm pretty sure there are. I don't feel like finding the thread right now tho.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Ocean - Jun. 28, 2014

Ørochi is overlooked. I do have some new tests from yesterday.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Tri - Jun. 28, 2014

MF-H Bakushin Leone 85RB is possibly one of the best defense types of Limited, so its not looked over whatsoever.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - DRAGON KING - Jun. 28, 2014

Found it http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-LTD-RB-Discussion

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - Thunder Dome - Jun. 28, 2014

GF has had multiple combo threads and a testing IIRC. I also remember people use to use Gargoyle with Dragooon because they matches pretty well when synchromed. I thought Saramanda was outclassed by other synchrome defenders, but I'll try to test and find out later today how its defense skills compare.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - DRAGON KING - Jun. 28, 2014

Btw hades isn't overlooked. It's top tier.

RE: Overlooked Parts Discussion and Testing - 6 God - Jun. 28, 2014

Yeah, I wondered why people stopped, it seems as though its recoil wasn't that bad and it was pretty round, so I think in synchrome with itself or Genbull it could do well in something. Maybe on TB? I thought Saramanda could be some alternate for Killerken or Reviser. It may have use in some Balance customs though. I won't be home to test until a few hours.

@DKEX, Yeah, but not many people use it TBH.
