RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - th!nk - Mar. 20, 2012 Kai-V has already stated hasbro has not responded to such requests, and that emailing them about something that's basically already being shipped is entirely pointless. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Mar. 20, 2012 (Mar. 20, 2012 8:06 PM)UGottaCetus Wrote: I was reading earlier posts about sending emails to Hasbro regarding this problem, to which a few disagreed. I actually think this is a good idea, even if not for the new Beys. This is a means of communication with Hasbro, and we could ask them to help with an upcoming tourney or something like that, could we not? I've read multiple posts regarding a partnership with Hasbro, and this seems like a good chance at getting it. Just an idea, but yeah. Yo, I have been in the Beyblade community for almost ten years. For a whole decade we have been trying to contact them, get them to notice us, try to get any sort of affiliation going, etc. you name it, but Hasbro does not care. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Karl - Mar. 20, 2012 (Mar. 20, 2012 3:15 AM)th!nk Wrote:How do you know for sure it won't work? Protesting might work, it might not. Things that we see that happen with other thing/people shouldn't influence everything we do. It's like playing that spin the wheel, get a prize thing! The chances of you spinning on that grand prize maybe slim, and no one may have not won it yet. But, do you give up and say that because everyone else failed you will too so your just going to give up? No! There's always a chance that you'll win that grand prize! JUst because hasbro has seemingly not listened or cared before doesn't necessarily mean they won't listen this time! There's always that one slim chance to win the grand prize of a change! If you feel that you'll just give up and not try, I'm not gonna make you. Just don't be rude about it though! You are you and I am I. You do what you want and I'll do what i want, simple as that! Sorry this became a bit of a speech but i just wanted to say this.(Mar. 20, 2012 2:42 AM)LeonTempestXIII Wrote: ...or I could be trying to use a logical fallacy to get some inspiration going based on the extremly slim hope that emailing hasbro could change this carpy situation... ~Karl RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Ga' - Mar. 20, 2012 ... See post above. I remember when Hero (old version)/Aikemi's old 'Save our Stadiums' letter was still stickied and people were sending it to Hasbro. For 3 years. Yeah, no. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Karl - Mar. 20, 2012 @Ga'Hooleone ..? no to what? sry, the old brain's being slow again. So, what are ya saying no to? by the way, did anyone see my post about what i said to hasbro and what they said back? read it again and think about what i said and what they said. I'm not sure if y'all were listening or not... heres the link to the post: http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-BEYBLADE-Metal-Fusion-Metal-Masters-Metal-Fury-HOBBY?pid=921363#pid921363 RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - apple1075 - Mar. 20, 2012 Karl, you should have mentioned the huge amount of wbo members who are against hasbro's changes and you should have given them a link to this pagw RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - th!nk - Mar. 20, 2012 Karl, read Kai-V's post on this page, perhaps it will give you a more accurate picture of the amount of sway this community has on Hasbro (hint: none). They apparently can't even send out correct beys for product replacement, I doubt they will change such a large decision given that they have apparently already started shipping to stores. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Karl - Mar. 20, 2012 I'm referring to MAH post on DAT page. don't exactly know what your referring to on the many wbo members against hasbro but if your saying for me to be specific i think that was specific enough. I'm not mad if you think i am. I'm actually smiling. Kinda hard to put my exact emotions on a small post so don't think i'm mad, k? EDIT: I just read th!nk's post and i get it now. my mind is a bit stressed from school lol. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - beybladetiggy - Mar. 20, 2012 Will Hasbro change on 4D bottoms affect the beys a lot? I thought it was only a minor edits RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Mar. 20, 2012 Ugh, now I'm beginning to feel like the Hasbro changes should have only been discussed in the advanced forum..... RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - CrystalPegasus - Mar. 20, 2012 That would have been best. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Karl - Mar. 20, 2012 Minor? the beys won't even be able to change modes now! yes, it will effect the beys a lot! Now, we're not sure if the change will be positive or negative but I'm just mad that they would do this! and some of the part changes are very illogical. I'm also gonna feel a bit sry for the kids who see the cartoon and say, "why doesn't my bey do that?" or, "Why doesn't my bey look like that?" The changes hasbro has made better be good changes or i'm gonna be a very angreh boi! Edit: maybe we should make a separate thread just to talk about the stupid changes hasbro has made! And a thread for the good changes! lol, my mind is just exploding with random junk lol! RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Mar. 20, 2012 Most people 'move on' when a problem has been discussed for little over two days. Leon had a point with the outlandish reactions. I'm guilty of bringing up Hasbro's idea of the American/European Beyblader scene more than three times. So I'm well enough to leave it alone. But I do still hold to my perspective on their urgency here. My idea of a name change for the dramatically reduced wheels was just that, a harmless suggestion. A courtesy for Takara/Hasbro hardcore collectors. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Karl - Mar. 20, 2012 well i'm not "most people!" XD I just think hasbro has gotten on my last nerve and i'm a little mad about it lol. at least these maybe the first parts hasbro has made up that'll actually turn out good! the legend series didn't run so smoothly except for cyber which i think was a good alternative for the pre-hws pegasus. but technically cyber originated from TT. So i guess that doesn't entirely count on hasbro's side. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Samurai Changer - Mar. 20, 2012 hasbro has done quite well with the releases until now it's not even like F and F are even that good RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Karl - Mar. 20, 2012 true, very true... i think F:D should been reversed in the mode change lol. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Mar. 20, 2012 Coat Sharp with a DF105 would have worked better. Because F:D is a botched CS almost. Judging from its obviously similar layout. HF/S is the perfect F:S replacement, even if it sucks. With a DF105. EDIT: If Hasbro didn't change the Variares mold too much further than mode-lacking, you could unscrew the orange cover underneath (PC Frame?) and install a 125/145 generic track. With the cover (again, PC Frame?) applied where it suspends the track indefinitely. Make it a three piece top again. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - iVtechboyinpa - Mar. 21, 2012 (Mar. 20, 2012 2:29 AM)LeonTempestXIII Wrote: Hold up hold up, what the hell is with all of this negativity and assumption that Hasbro will not listen? Just because they do not vocalize their plans does not mean they do not listen. The "Save our Stadiums" thread likely played a small role in the initial release of MXS (however doubtful that may seem) and if we think about it, Hasbro had more than one reason to release the legend bey Metal wheels (other than for the anime tie in) Let's not forget the Striker stadium. I guess we can say they tried to give us what we want (although we don't know that for sure) because they gave us Super Attack Type stadium attributes in the stadium, but as I said before, we don't know their motives behind it. Edit: Yeah, I know we've all went over this "Hasbro & Community Caring" Stuff. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - reggie yi - Mar. 21, 2012 Hasbro will be hasbro they either do 4ds or not, I'm happy with the beys I already have, with new series' of shows being released with new beyblades; it provides for many new combinations of which maybe better than 4ds beys(some already are) At least one 2 companies Sono Kong and takara tomy properly incooperated 4ds, the main thing is to have fun! RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Byerg - Mar. 21, 2012 But Sono Kong and Takara Tomy aren't the US or even Canada for that matter, are they? But who DOES release beyblades in the US and Canada? Hasbro. Also, it doesn't provide for any new combinations actually, since Hasbro is so far behind TT and Sonokong, Hasbro won't bring any new combinations until they decide to make an entirely unrelated series (MFB Compatible). RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Raigeko13 - Mar. 21, 2012 Considering getting those illegal 4D Rapidity brands, they're cheap and look nice! Obviously I am kidding, but these new beys better be damn worth the price. Hey, I made a rhyme. Lol. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - reggie yi - Mar. 21, 2012 I mean new beys will come out, zero-g is less complicated, how can they screw that up when it hits Europe and America RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Mar. 21, 2012 (Mar. 21, 2012 4:03 AM)reggie yi Wrote: I mean new beys will come out, zero-g is less complicated, how can they screw that up when it hits Europe and America How, less complicated ? We only know about two Beyblades for the moment, and Synchrom definitely introduces a lot of obligatory cross-compatibility with other Chrome Wheels. 4D Metal Wheels are absolutely not complicated, by the way. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Byerg - Mar. 21, 2012 (Mar. 21, 2012 4:03 AM)reggie yi Wrote: I mean new beys will come out, zero-g is less complicated, how can they screw that up when it hits Europe and AmericaAnd the fact that there will be new boosters, faces, launchers, and etc. Gives Hasbro about 100x more ways to screw everything up and force me to use ebay for my blading needs RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - reggie yi - Mar. 21, 2012 Well hasbro will find a way to change it anyway, I currently have most of the 4ds up to date, so if hasbro wants to torch their company to the ground then they can have at it |
