RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Hazel - Jan. 08, 2012 American toy markets absolutely do not work on a "this just appeared in the show so now we're releasing it" way at all. I cannot, off hand, think of any manufacturers that staggered releases except for perhaps Bandai, with Power Rangers merchandise - and I am not even sure if they do that anymore. American toy markets are okay with toys selling themselves, in most cases, whereas in Japan promotion is what does the work. Different worlds! RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Jan. 08, 2012 OK, so that was in reply to the "before the season even gets broadcasted" part; what about the part on releasing the ten new Beyblades of a season all at once, leaving nothing for later ? RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Hazel - Jan. 08, 2012 They obviously use that time to release more products - recolors, part re-releases, and their gimmick lines. I am personally happier with more merchandise rather than less. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Nuzumaki90 - Jan. 08, 2012 Off-Topic...sort of: Those 2 kids on the packaging need to get a life and stop appearing on every Hasbro Stadium Packaging Set. They also need to close their mouth for once. It's not healthy. On Topic: I don't understand why Hasbro added slope to only one side of the Halfpipe stadium. Once the beys go down, how the heck are they gonna get back up? It's gonna be a "Who's gonna spin the longest" competition each round >.> RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - pyrus10000 - Jan. 08, 2012 Stealth Battlers Info: Apperently on the Hell Kerbecs or as hasbro names it "Kerbecs Blade Blast" The Part where the BD145 is supposed to be is replacd by a metal piece. The bey has 3 switches that when is hit, releases the blades. The bey is not cuztomizable but the face fits on to a tool. Hell Kerbecs's Stealth Battler's tip is a DS. I hope this info is helpful. Bonus: I have it RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Janstarblast - Jan. 08, 2012 Hm, so this thing may not produce any useful parts as some were speculating. Still, I like it! @Nuzumaki- Well, I love their anime-like stadiums, where anything is possible... RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Nuzumaki90 - Jan. 08, 2012 The Beyblade...STEALTH BATTLERS! OMG SO AWESOME RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - hylianfreak - Jan. 08, 2012 I personally get a bit annoyed when kids like these spam videos on youtube with bad quality. DrigerGT is awesome though. On the other hand, those stealth battlers don't look too fun. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - phantomcellistf - Jan. 08, 2012 Quick Google search led me to the other two: Pegasus Jumper Tempo Hammer Hit Kerbecs Blade Blast hylianfreak - same here since I'm a film student. It's annoying when they think they understand how a camera/camcorder works and then put an object one or two inches away from the camera, especially since the lens will not be able to focus on it. They have to give it room in order for it to focus and work properly. Also, these kids should learn about something called white balancing, which won't give them that orangish tint in the room when they film. Most cameras should have different choices for that such as outdoor, indoor, incandescent, etc. They shouldn't rush those videos anyways. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - pyrus10000 - Jan. 08, 2012 Thats a lot of things to learn o.o Sorry for the quality. I was in sorta a rush. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - *aquariomaster* - Jan. 08, 2012 http://images.wikia.com/beyblade/images/b/bf/Products-stealth.png I foind this online and so far i lost some respect for hasbro it going to come out in spring so some brave soul will buy it but not me i already know this is probably banned from wbo play RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Janstarblast - Jan. 08, 2012 Its already released... Read the posts above you. Some people seem to have them already. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Furyo - Jan. 08, 2012 (Jan. 08, 2012 5:09 PM)Janstarblast Wrote: Its already released... Must have family/friends who work for Hasbro. That or they playtest for Hasbro themselves. ... Yeah, I doubt that second theory too. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Janstarblast - Jan. 08, 2012 I highly doubt that, BlackWingAngel. Its available for "Buy It Now" instead of "Pre-Order" atm. At the same time, even if its not released, we at least know of those since a LONG time. So, he really should read the post above him... :\ RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - *aquariomaster* - Jan. 08, 2012 Sorry guys i should have read above I have a stupid question do you have a estimation on when 4D system will come out in the us just a stupid question RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Hov - Jan. 08, 2012 IMO, around Spring sonce Hasbro releases products early before the actual anime season is done. But I still wouldn't count on it. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Nuzumaki90 - Jan. 08, 2012 Metal MAsters ends in the US during the middle of Summer. Since Hasbro likes to show off previews and sneak peaks and what not, instead of just releasing the new beys 2 weeks after Metal Masters ends like other smart toy companies, you can probably expect the new beys in August or October. That's my guess though so don't take it as a fact. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - sum 472 - Jan. 08, 2012 Ginga dosen't have the other wings on his headband, on the Kerbecs Blade Blast packaging. Great find Phantomcellistf! I guess you're saying that the Stealth Battlers are in a test market at the moment. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - kbuno50 - Jan. 09, 2012 Hey, in the video, there may be a striker/leone stealth battler.. Before impact Spoiler (Click to View) Spoiler (Click to View) Spoiler (Click to View) RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Primal - Jan. 09, 2012 So, kind of like a Phantom Fox idea? Cool; I like the concept of it. In terms of design, the Kerbecs one would be my favorite, though. I'm kind of starting to like these Stealth Battlers. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - DynaZord - Jan. 09, 2012 PHANTOM FOX 'TIS ALIVE! I thought I was slightly interested in Tornado Battlers. Screw them, these Stealth Battlers seem very... interesting. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Hazel - Jan. 09, 2012 These gimmick products actually seem like things I will really buy... +1 Hasbro, +1. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Jan. 09, 2012 Something tells me they beat Takara at something. If 4D ever see's a ridiculous gimmick first. Ahem; I look forward to Metal Fury, truly excited for some reason. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Janstarblast - Jan. 09, 2012 (Jan. 09, 2012 3:43 AM)Hazel Wrote: These gimmick products actually seem like things I will really buy... +1 Hasbro, +1. Agree 100%. I was a bit disappointed after watching that Hell Kerbecs VS. a Hell Kerbecs Stealth Battler as it lost balance almost instantly. But gimmick beys are meant for fun(and not competition) anyways! |
