Thank you so much for understanding bro. Like Hasbro made a lame tip for Joker. If it was TT the it would be a tip for changing modes like Trick Roulette in the anime.

I still buy Hasbro Beys though. It doesn’t mean I agree with their decisions it just means I’m somewhat interested in what they’ve created.

At the 2:36 mark of that video, they show a slide that goes over the development process somewhat.

No gimmicks? That's because Hasbro thinks that is what the western market wants on top of their own goals and desires for the line. Really, it feels to me like it's a lot more of the latter than the former.

But as you can see, they’re wrong. People want the gimmicks, and that needs to be shown to Hasbro.

At the end of the day it is what it is, I've literally made an effort in the past multiple times telling the team I spoke too voicing that literally everyone wants the gimmicks and metal. If nothing changed before, nothing will change now.

So that's really all I have to say for the discussion.

Lol

What they think and what is real are two different things.

Does Devolos have the dual spin gimmick?

Nope, hasbro decided to make the Devolos a right-spin chip. I assume they'll make a left spin version for Erase Devolos though.

Nope, hasbro decided to make the Devolos a right-spin only chip. Unhappy

So, you must get Erase Devolos to get the left spin version? What a rip-off!

Yeah. I think they're doing that to get more money. I'm just going to save my money and get the TT version.

TT Beys have well defined locking points with teeth, Hasbro slopes do not.  It’s pretty much impossible for a Hasbro slope to have decent burst resistance with such a thin slope length.

Glyph is pretty cool it's the best out of the new 3 starters

+ The chip itself looks great
- Grand base looks UGLY
+ Charge ||| seems like the best in performance compared to the other hypersphere tips or Charge | and Charge ||
- Sting being gimmickless and weighs nothing

I get Rock Dragon D5 since it was so strong against hypershere, now it is defeated? What in the world is going on?

Grand has always done the same thing as Rock but better in every regard. It's not much of a surprise.

Massive App Update
Spiral is called Spiro
Orbit Metal is called Orbital
Drake has the same name

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - ScytheBrine174 - Feb. 06, 2020

Will orbital (orbit metal) have the metal ball on the base on the tip or will it be like all the other hypersphere beys? (all plastic)

What is up with the beys in your beylocker? They don't look like their intented beys.

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - originalzankye - Feb. 06, 2020

What are you talking about?

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - lilphilyb - Feb. 06, 2020

Go to 19:00 and look at the following titled beys

Silver-X Jormontour J4
Spryzen
Spryzen S3
Salamander S4
Nepstrius N2
And Nepstrius

That’s the apps fault for being poorly developed in some aspects.

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - ScytheBrine174 - Feb. 07, 2020

It says Salamander S4 but it shows dread hades at 19:01. Does that happen to other beys in the app?

Yeah, the app glitches in the beylocker with weird colors and different beys under different names on occasion. Mine seemed to be patched though or something since it fixed itself.

The video just explains what we can expect for Wave 3/Wave 4 and also:
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0844B1YPBBeyblade BEY HS Myth ODAX O5 - Knockout Odin
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0843HHFQ1 - Beyblade BEY HS ROYAL Genesis G5
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0844BH6VVBeyblade BEY HS Monster OGRE O5 and ENGAARD E5 (Ogre Evolution)
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0844B9TC1 - Command Dragon D5 (Imperial from what it seems)

I hope this answers the question on "why is it called knockout odin" from before, listings for some reason have the japanese product name and then have the updated listing with the normal name.

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - JoMario67 - Feb. 09, 2020

News on Harmony Pegasus P5, comes with D57 (10) and TH13, which is most likely Low Hypersphere.  No proof frame, but that was to be expected.  I just hope this release looks nice since almost every gimmick will most likely be stripped from it.

Eclipse Genesis and Command Dragon's names kinda break convention, because up until now all hasbro beys had the same first letter in their forename as their tt counter parts.

edit: oh ya and myth odax too

I have no idea why they have such an awkward naming system for some products, some make sense and some stay the same and others just have something so out of no where.

Yeah, same with Myth Odax. R.I.P.

Command dragon is just plain lazy imo...
