RE: MFB Tiers list - Gibraltor - Feb. 03, 2011

Are they self titled as Hell?

RE: MFB Tiers list - Ultra - Feb. 03, 2011

They're in the hell testing thread. Near the end.

RE: MFB Tiers list - BeyPhilosopher - Feb. 04, 2011

Why is DF145 in Tier 2 if in the competitive combo thread it is listed as the main option for stamina?

because ad145>145>df145, df145 is just no longer that great at stamina

RE: MFB Tiers list - TylerPT - Feb. 04, 2011

MF = metal flat for attack tier 2 bottoms

MB = Metal ball for defense tier 2 bottoms

SD= Semi defense for defense tier 2 bottoms

EWD= Eternal Wide Defense for defense tier 2 bottoms and tier 2 stamina

RE: MFB Tiers list - Ga' - Feb. 04, 2011

^Well, technically EWD has the exact same performance as WD, so it could go into tier 1 for stamina...
Actually, now that I look at the EWD discussion, it did slightly better than WD. Should a comparison between EWD and PD be done or no?

Ah okay!

@Ga'Hooleone, iirc I heard that EWD beys take more damage since it has no real friction.

RE: MFB Tiers list - Pimpju - Feb. 04, 2011

TylerPT, MF has had exceptional results, why tier 2?

Don't really know much about MF or EWD but I know that despite what many think MB is much more suited to stamina than defence and SD is not a bottom for defence. Also i'm putting a list in the OP of things which need to be tested before going up cause currently nothing is happening and as a result the list is not complete.

RE: MFB Tiers list - Poseidon - Feb. 05, 2011

the libra wheel for stamina.

RE: MFB Tiers list - Blitz Unicorno - Feb. 05, 2011

Well, the Libra wheel is banned from official WBO play.

RE: MFB Tiers list - S.D.C - Feb. 05, 2011

Are these bey's good?

Burn Aquario 105WD

Considering this thread is to put all parts into tiers like that matters. Also it's probably gonna be unbanned soon.

Doesn't belong here.

so, shouldn't libra be in tier 1 or 2

RE: MFB Tiers list - Ga' - Feb. 08, 2011

^Libra cannot be in any because it is banned. If anything, a note saying that should be included at the bottom.

EX: Libra is not included in the tier list because it has been banned from WBO competitive play. This was because it became a game-breaking piece due to its usefulness in defense and stamina combinations.

no. There's so many misconceptions about why libra got banned. It's more complicated than that. Go read the beywiki article about libra

RE: MFB Tiers list - BasaltHorogium - Feb. 08, 2011

I agree with Vulcan R2F
I do wish that we could Libra though.... SpeechlessSpeechless
Well if it wasn't banned, Libra would be tier 1, and excused for my usage errors..Tongue_out

RE: MFB Tiers list - Ultra - Feb. 08, 2011

To all the people commenting on Libra and saying it shouldn't be on the list you clearly have no understanding of what this thread is for. Look at the discussion on the first page to find out. Also if you looked you would realize it's already on the list...

OFF TOPIC
It's probably gonna be unbanned soon since it no longer causes the problems which it did when it was banned which you would know if you followed the thread about it in the advanced forum.

I just thought it up off of the top of my head. It's a random explanation. But do you see my point, that is what I am trying to ask.
Fine, here's a real example:
Note: Libra is not included in the tier list because it has been banned from WBO competitive play. This was because of its circular, uninterrupted shape and extremely heavy weight, which allowed it to dominate tournaments and severely restrict the Beyblade metagame to either owning it or beating it (which was near impossible at the time of the ban).

though it may do good for you (most likely because of your stadium or what defence combos you put it up against) i can list 5+ wheels that are better, storm only deserves to be at tier 3...

Good you but for everyone else it is awful. I can't even get a KO with a storm attack combo.

RE: MFB Tiers list - BasaltHorogium - Feb. 09, 2011

True... Sad but true.
Back on topic... sorta. Do you Basalt will be in tier 1 ?
Do you all think Baslt will be top tier?

RE: MFB Tiers list - Vamasco_ - Feb. 09, 2011

More tests need to be done.No tests have been done so we can´t assume anything.

RE: MFB Tiers list - Raijin - Feb. 09, 2011

Sorry if someones already said so but you need to test EWD aswell.
