It looks really bland.
You should have tried to smudged the guy all over the tag on a new later and turned down the opacity.
The smudge later should be above the render.

I think it's alright, but render placement is lacking. The background is interesting. But, lighting and depth are pretty bad, but blending is quite good. For now, I suggest stay away from text until you get the rest of the basics nailed.
