questions in the title, anyone care to clear up?

i noticed the weird looking launcher on the deluxe set, is it special? (it isnt just one base colour which doesnt add up)

Are you talking about BB-09 Pegasis DX Set ? It comes with Pegasis 105F, a Right Launcher, a Beypointer, an Attack Stadium, and a Bull Wheel.

Sometimes though, people wrongly use the term 'deluxe' to qualify BB-01 and BB-02, which are two starters that come with a Beypointer. They are the only ones like that.
