Using Camera/Head Judge Details
Judges are required to use a camera for their matches, so their calls should be accurate. However, a competitor can challenge a call a judge made if that competitor has that moment recorded in at least 60 fps (Beys are too fast for 30 fps to be useful) (Examples include midair, launching too early/late, or close spin finishes)
For calls like midair you can only challenge it before the match concludes, and once you do their are no take-backs.
If you feel like the the judge has made a bad call and they don’t agree with your recording, or you feel like there is a problem in any way with your match, immediately go to Laban Vanot the head judge and explain your situation.
DO NOT wait till the end of the match to go to him, as then nothing can be done once scores are in.
Instead go to him with your issue immediately as it happens, it doesn’t matter if you go to him mid match. Laban Vanot as the head judge and organizer has the final say in these situations.
Have an Xtreme Stadium or other Beyblade Equipment? Bring it!
There will be enough BX-10 Xtreme Stadiums for this event, but more are always welcome! We will need extra for freeplay!
While not necessary, it is preferred to bring a 3on3 Deck Case if you have one. Don't forget your X Beys and your Launchers/Grips!
