Z Achilles Testing and Discussion (Limited) - BuilderROB - Feb. 11, 2020
I wanted to open up this thread so as to possibly allow Z Achilles into Limited format once it goes into experimentation as I have heard it has about the attack power to Seig Xcalibur, especially since Turbo layers will supposedly be allowed in limited. This is a testing and discussion thread for Z Achilles for Limited Format.

Seems like Z Achilles is really tight on ‘ drivers. I’m not sure how it’s burst resistance is compared to sX, but if it is better, it may be banned just for that reason.
I can confirm that Z Achilles can burst mG3 consistently. Z Achilles is pretty good, but it could never beat Sr or B3, so that's why I don't think it ever saw use in burst standard.

A mG counter...I would say that would get it banned but since mG and G3 will be banned from Limited it’s usefulness will go down ever so slightly. I just feel it will be automatically banned just because it’s a Cho-Z Bey.

Not better than God Beys. It was outclassed by Winning Valkyrie at release, and it performs the same as Sieg Xcalibur. Hazard Kerbeus is also not very good, but I am not sure how bad it actually is.

Z Achilles 1’Expand Ultimate Reboot’ Vs. Arc Bahamut (MGC) 7Cross Revolve. I did ten rounds.
Results:
Z Achilles: 80% (5 KO’s 3 OS’)
Arc Bahamut: 20% (1 KO 1 OS)
Ul’ is proving to be a good KO attacker, which makes me wonder whether it’s Z Achilles thats really good or Ul’. Probably a combination of both.

Results:
Z Achilles: 70% (2 OS’ 5 Burst’s)
Kreis Satan: 30% (2 OS’ 1 KO)
As expected, Kreis Satan burst often.

Z Achilles 1’Expand Ultimate Reboot’ Vs. Deep Chaos 7Cross Revolve. I did ten rounds.
Results:
Z Achilles: 30% (2 Burst’s 1 OS)
Deep Chaos: 70% (7 OS’)
Revolve definitely helped Chaos out with the stronger spring, and only burst twice this test. I would call this a decent counter to Z Achilles on Ul’ if you put Chaos on Revolve.

Yeah, against Deep, or the Twin combo. I believe wV has a good chance in the Limited Meta, as it was dominating prior to the release of czA.

Hence why it would be banned. Cho-Z layers are gonna he banned for the most part in limited, as it is based around God layers and evolution layers, as well as some turbo layers.
