I want a Balro Balro BD145MF (mint)
i know it is top-tier but i don't have Balro [can't find it on internet]. my mf is broken and i lost my BD145
i can pay via paypal [don't have paypal but i will create later this month]

If you're willing to pay $50 for one Beyblade, I would suggest spending an additional $10 and instead buy two Synchrome DX sets (Defense and Stamina) for $30 each. That gets you a pair of Balros, two Wyvangs, two Revizers, and two Killerkens, all powerful top-tier parts. You also get 2 E230s and 2 EDSs, though you don't really need duplicates of those like you do with Synchromes. Then you can track down BD145 and MF from random boosters (which are often cheap if they aren't the featured rare bey) for about $4-$8 per Beyblade, or see if you can buy or trade for the individual parts.
