Stars- No they are becoming rarer to catch than any other idol in common places(St. lamia)
Neo- Because they know how hard the last Vargas is and they are giving the lower levels a chance.

@Stars: You want them for Homisubis 6* don't you lol. My advice: Don't wast your energy in the dungeons yet. Wait till the Garden of Idols it's the best.

I made the mistake of levelling Rina BB to max lol.
It depends, what type of BB are you levelling? Nows the best time as the Supee Success rates are up. Also, I found fusion one at a time helps the BB more.

Trying to level up Tiara's healing bb.
You can still level up Rina's, if you get burst frog, even if its max lvl.
