Duality

"Duality"

Hush now; let my white wings sing you to sleep
Detach; there's nothing but the two of us here
And in your fevered dreams you and I will reap
The person you kept locked away in fear

As you stumble down the dark, blackened hall
Into the depths of your malleable mind
Your pale, feeble hands reach out for the walls
Whose comfort you now cannot seem to find

But there she lays, radiant among the dark;
Suddenly the room is filled with bright light
Her gentle voice crawling toward you; hark
So that the both of you may at once take flight

Upon my frayed, tattered and molting wings
On a voyage toward the blistering sun
Whose rays will fuse two separate beings
Light and dark; coalescing into one
You're really good at poetry Roan, what happened to your blog for it? It says it doesn't exist anymore.
Woops! LOL

I actually changed the URL for the blog and I forgot to change the link in my signature.

The new address is:

And thank you! Smile
Haha ok I'll have to read more of your stuff. My parents say i used to be good at writing but to be honest I can't even remember when I even wrote Pinching_eyes
Wow... That's very good stuff. I think you did well (like always). I kind of get the point of it.
I don't know anyone who can write this well, except for maybe Night. You just might be better than him.
Very nice. The rest of your poetry is nice also.
Great poem.It kinda made me cry. Like just a little or...yeah.......BTW Im kinda scared to post this..*shiver*
Why do you think it made you cry?

Also, why would you be scared to post that? lol
