Has anyone here ever played DQMJ2 /J2P?

I have the pro version (both physical cart & rom with everything but the story text translated)

I hope Square Enix releases pro over in english speaking countries such as NA, Europe, UK, AU.

A question.. Is this the newest Dragon Quest ? I‘ve never heard about "Dragon Quest Monster Joker 2" I only have Dragon Quest IX.
