It shouldn't be a problem for me to bring those.
I'm used to hauling around lots of gear from years of running video game setups at events.

This would be great but is it possible we could use one of them for something else like a laptop stand for participants to follow the brackets? I only ask as we have 9 active stadiums and it might feel a bit uneven for some to be on the ground and others to be on the stand. Maybe we can use them for the finals as well?
I'm just offering up what I have and seeing if it would be useful.

It would definitely be useful and I really appreciate you bringing them! Thank you!

My son’s birthday is Jun 9th and he has been DYING to compete in one of these beyblade tournaments. We don’t have a team either; how does that work? Do people who register alone get a set up with other people who registered alone? Thank you for your help!!
Yes it is too late, though there is a wait-list, but I am not sure if we are adding more people to it. I think you and your son can still come to watch the battles and participate in the free play area just not the tournament itself. If you are able to get in you wouldn't need a team, you just need 3 Beyblade X Tops. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, the tournament has reached its capacity and we are unable to accept any more participants at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we encourage your son to join us for free play and to hang out with other participants. It’s a great opportunity for him to enjoy the event, meet new friends, and have fun even if he isn't competing in the main tournament.
Please note that most tournaments do not involve teams. If a tournament does include team play, it will be specifically mentioned in the event details above. We appreciate your understanding and hope to see your son enjoying the other activities available.

Yes the wait-list is at full capacity too. Definitely raising the cap next time lol

Although the main tournament is indeed capped, Boogie has allowed me to host another side X tournament for those who missed out after the main tournament! This will be for all those on the main X tournament waitlist (15 people so far) plus those who have a losing record in the main tournament ((2 Wins-4 Loses) or worse). This will start when the mfb tournament starts, around 3:30 pm CST. There will be Beyblade X free play before the side tournament. So if you are available and still interested to compete you should come!

Check out my most recent message. There is still a side Beyblade X tournament that your son can compete in! If you are still available and interested I hope to see you there!

No, but now that Beyblade X is in the US, you should be able to find it at your local GameStop! Also, if you are still interested in this event, there is a side X tournament after the main one that I’m hosting! (Details are in my message above). If you are interested, I hope to see you there!

By the way, the team in the tournament description means that your son needs a team of 3 Beyblades to complete. This is a team of Beyblades, not of people competing. Each person competing needs to bring 3 of their own Beyblades to compete. If your son doesn’t have any Beyblade X products already, you should be able to find some at your local GameStop and/or Target, as Beyblade X was recently released in the US!
